If you are looking for a cost-effective high volume solids semi-gloss polyurethane coating, you have found it – Normafine 40 HS is designed for general steel structures and machinery and equipment. This acrylic polyurethane coating works as a topcoat or direct-to-metal coating.
Normafine 40 HS is a two component semi-gloss anticorrosive pigmented polyurethane coating. Volume solids of 66% ensures lower VOC content (300 g/L). Normafine 40 HS has 1.5-hour pot-life.
Normafine 40 HS product is easy to spray; the spray fan is even and during the spraying forming of dry spray is minimal. It is easy to spray high film thicknesses with Normafine 40 HS.
Normafine 40 HS provides best in class UV-resistance and offers corrosion resistance as a direct-to-metal coating. This product meets as a single coat (DTM) the corrosion class requirements of C2 and C3 and with epoxy primer corrosion class requirements of C5.
