Nor-Maali is improving its sales network in Sweden and has opened its own warehouse in Stockholm. The aim of the warehouse in Sweden is to improve the level of service and the delivery speed for the needs of local customers and distributors. The investment supports Nor-Maali’s growth strategy as a fast and reliable supplier. First shipment to the Stockholm warehouse left in October.
Country Manager Mikael Vårstrand is Nor-Maali´s new employee in Sweden to serve our customers. He has 20 years of experience in the paint industry, both in technical sales and in paint shops. Mikael lives in Västerås and his family consists of a wife and three sons. Mikael’s hobbies include cars, motorcycles and a gym. Mikael has lived in Sweden all his life, but his parents are from Finland. In addition to Swedish and English, Mikael also speaks Finnish.
The products sold in Sweden are mainly intended for lighter industry, direct-to-metal solutions being in an important role. Environmental and user safety are an essential part of the products sold in Sweden. Reducing the carbon footprint will be an important part of Nor-Maali´s operations in Sweden.
Earlier in the autumn, Nor-Maali also started cooperation with two new Swedish dealers: Syntema in Stockholm and Eskilstuna, and Swepa International AB in Linköping. Lack & Färgprodukter AB in Halmstad and Tinter AB in Gothenburg have already acted as Nor-Maal’s distributors.
Nor-Maali now has Swedish-language website to serve Swedish customers. On these pages you will find solutions and products for the Swedish market, as well as contact information of sales and technical support.
