Normafloor Aqua is a waterborne epoxy coating from Nor-Maali, CE marked and M1 approved, suitable for concrete floors. Normafloor Aqua is an excellent choice for floors in public spaces, warehouses, basements, garages, ice rinks, factories and paper machine halls.
Normafloor Aqua is designed for more environmentally friendly and user-friendly painting, taking technical features into account. Due to its low VOC content, Normafloor Aqua is safer not only for the environment but also for the user.
Normafloor Aqua can be used for floors of public places, warehouses, basements, garages, ice rinks, factories and paper machine halls: designed for protection of light mechanical and chemical wear on concrete floors.
Normafloor Aqua is intended to be applied as a two-coat system. The first coat is applied to the floor using a brush or a mohair roller. The second coat is recommended to be applied the next day, but within next 3 to 5 days, depending on the conditions, in order to guarantee sufficient adhesion between the coats. Second coat is applied with a brush or a mohair roller. The product blends well with the older paint surface and you can hardly see the painting lines.
Normafloor Aqua dries very quickly. The applied surface is walk-on-dry on after just six hours. The end result is a very smooth surface. Because the painted surface becomes very hard and durable, it is also easy to clean.
Normafloor Aqua is suitable for various flooring applications. In this picture, it has been applied to a factory corridor with roller as a two-coat system. This specific area will primarily be exposed to mechanical stress from forklift traffic and occasional cleaning chemicals.
